From a very early age as a file clerk where her mother was the dental assistant and her grandmother was the receptionist, Karan can honestly say that dentistry has been a “family affair” for her. Karan moved on to orthodontic practices, where she further developed her hands-on skills in this specialty. While her initial introduction to dentistry included clinical contributions, Karan found her “comfort zone” in the business office where she orchestrated and managed practices in California and later in Nevada, and shared her talents and extensive experience in assisting and supporting Las Vegas practices. When you meet with Karan, you'll find that her friendly, understanding approach combined with her 20-plus years in the Las Vegas dental community will make you feel very comfortable, since she has “been there and done lots”. Although a mother of four, she has always been able to effectively manage her family and her career, and will be a great asset in assisting you with your future.
