Lindsay Newhouse and Marilyn Lepard
Lindsay Newhouse and Marilyn Lepard combine their talents to provide expert placement service for the Dallas metro area, and both are very excited to be part of the DocStaff family. Lindsay has been a practicing hygienist for the last five years, which was a natural career choice considering that both her father and uncle are dentists. She excels in the clinical areas of her field, and has worked in a training capacity with some industry icons. Lindsay and her husband Scott, enjoy their free time together and interacting with their son Austin. Her knowledge and enthusiasm make her a valued asset to all those who work with her. Marilyn had no professional connection with the dental field until she was unexpectedly recruited by her husband in 1998 to fill an administrative position in his practice. Educationally her background was in the area of assessing the needs of students with learning differences, and developing individualized education plans on their behalf. Initially the plan was to assist in the office temporarily during her summer break, her dental knowledge blossomed to the point that she developed a rewarding "second career" as Dr. Lepard's office manager. Lindsay's clinical expertise complements Marilyn's coaching and administrative background to provide their client dentists and job seekers with a unique and unparalleled resource.
