With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Deb Roberge appreciates the uniqueness of the dental industry. Placement for the dental community is unlike any other.
Deb secured a position in 1997 with Dental Management Consulting Service in Phoenix, Arizona. This company assisted dentists in the day to day operations of their practice. Deb's forte was coaching team members with patient relations and verbal skills. Her personal experiences in almost every office position enables her to understand each perspective. In a short time, Deb was finding her client dentists were asking for her help in guiding and working with them in the hiring of new employees. She learned quickly that this process is markedly unique.
In 1998 Deb opened a dental placement agency in Phoenix that now serves as the model for all DocStaff agencies. With the support and encouragement of a handful of dentists her business began to flourish. With the growing success of her business she realized she needed to have the ability to streamline her operation. Fortunately, her husband Russ, a software designer, was able to help in this area. The blending of their experience led to the creation of their one-of-a-kind industry-specific software.
Deb began to develop her format and style based on the needs of dentists and their personnel. An onsite visit to every practice is critical. Every office varies and so does practice style, size, etc. Her approach to candidate interviewing is unique as well. Within 6 months her client dentists grew to over 50 and within that year increased to more than 100 dentists. Over the next 3 years her applicant base grew to well over 1000 and clients to over 400 (and growing every day). She rapidly surpassed the existing competition, two of which had been established in the area for over 10 years. Her commitment to delivering the utmost in customer service and providing swift and accurate staffing solutions has brought her and her team to this point.
